How to use shampoo and gently massage onto wet hair and scalp, lather for 1 minute and rinse thoroughly, great to use daily, then use the conditioner by applying from scalp to ends and leave on for 1 to 3 minutes then rinse, scalp and hair treatment, shake well before use and apply on damp hair and scalp up to 9 pumps evenly on the scalp, just massage and comb through, style as usual, do not rinse.
